Condamine River

Well,

After a quick phone call to my mate in Warwick yesterday, all confirmed for a couple of days camping on the Condamine River. Heading off in half an hour or 3 (you know what is like getting kids outta bed on winter mornings). Got canoes, surf ski and boat on the trailer. All the gear packed last night, all I have to do is wheel it out of the shed and hit the road!

Forecast is not the greatest, possible storm today, isolated showers the rest of the week, but bugger it, been looking forward to taking them camping, and last week was a no goer due to illness.

So a quick bit of "risk management" - IE I teed the mate in Warwick up to make sure the tractor is on standby in case we are unlucky enough to get a storm!

He caught a couple of yella's in there last week, so might even have a chance at a fish or two other than the dreaded carp!
