queensland p.b bass

once again i had to work at ewen maddock dam today.

took a couple of spinnerbaits,. as soon as i got there went straight down to the spill way. spotted a saratoga which i think was the same one as the other day. so i flicked my lure towards it, unfortunatly it didn't wont a bar of it

a few cast later and i was on to a good size bass. then relised how am i gonna lift this thing up over the wall. (say no more), its now swimming around with a spinnerbait in its mouth (sorry jimmy that was yours :dry: )

i left it at that and went to do some work. couple hours later went back down there with a bucket and rope, just in case.

within 5min i was on again, this one was bigger :woohoo:

managed to get it in the bucket and lift it up where the camera was waiting for a photo.

much to my amazement it meausured 51cm and is a p.b for me :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

now just have to go back there to catch that saratoga that i keep seeing.

yeah it didn't have that upper darkness like most bass. the water was very clear, maybe that had something to do with it.
