chippee and bad karma?

Ok this has been on my mind since i joined up. if karma is good why is chippee on a mission too get his karma as low as posible?

Chippee isn't on any mission anymore.

Nor is he the AFO resident of anything. I believe chippee was banned for repeated violations of the rules.

it's not nice to be nasty. he was never nasty to me so it's not really fair for me to comment, but it seemed he was a bit unhappy and looking for attention, whether it be fair or foul. we're all pretty different on this site- the only thing that brings us together is a love of fishing!
