rapala braid?

hey guys

i was wondering if anyone has every used rapala squidgey braid and what do you think of it???

im asking because i bought some the other day to respool one of my reels with as sundown marine had it for $20 and the fireline thats on their is running a bit low from break offs and snags

very thin braid, but knot strength isnt that great, and it tends to weaken quite fast if you're using lousy guides. had quite a few complaints about lures snapping off on the cast with this Rapala line. It's cheaper, but no point if you're gonna be losing terminal tackle or lures over it eh mate.

I concur. On my old reel I had 2 other braids until I came to Fireline. Live fibre and Rapala braid. Both of the others sucked for knot strength!
