queensland Weekend Yakking?

Dan25 and I where thinking of doing a yak sesh on saturday if you want to tag along. More than likely a GC canal bream trip

Forecast for Sunday looks good. I might try and get a leave pass for a Blinker bash. High around 7am :woohoo:

Wouldn't mind trying the blinker but I don't think my little voyager is up to par

It would take me twice as long to paddle out as a Hobie would.

Still if the weather is good I may go, let me know closer to the day if you are going.

I troll at a pretty casual pace Bill, definitely not breaking any speed records. Takes about half an hour to get there.

With the wind forecast from the east, it'll push you back towards the mainland, so should be fairly pleasant, especially with a 12 degree low. Sending you a PM, Bill

If all goes well then I think that I will be sleeping well Sunday night, after a day paddling my brains out to keep up with the Hobie floatila :silly:

At least I won't have to go for my 5am gym session on Monday.
