queensland weekend of brisbane river fishing

after landing those 3 squire, i was hooked, i went down there a couple more times to try and get some more over the weekend, as they have now become my target species. went down with troy the day after and got nothing in the renowned squire spot, but as we mooved far further towards breakky creek we got a mix of other fish. moray eel, shovel nose, loooots of bream and a few others. the spot i caught my 3 squire at was wasting our bait as there were tiddlers absoloutley everywhere, so we moved way further towards breaky creek to a palce we had been told produced squire.

next day went back to the breakky creek spot just for an hour and got a huge pike eel and yes! another squire! this one was tiny, but still a squire, it was about 36cms.
