Brc day 2 results.

Launched around 5am and threw the cast net whilst waiting for Ty my non competeing decky.

The Pacific Dawn went past whilst waiting and I had my boat tethered up very short and the wash caused my boat to slip its mooring. luckily someone rescued it for me.

Unlike yesterday when I only got 9 liveys i ended up with around 40 poddys and assorted herring.

Ty arrived and after having a bit of a chat with Hulk off we went to the pipeline again.

Things were very slow with only assorted vermin caught.

Ty caught 2 others and then he got stuck into a car bonnet. He did well as he was using 10 lb line.

Watched the Oriana berth. Note the mustasche on it for Movember.

Ended up with 10 boats around the pipeline untill port security turned up and requested a few to move away.

Crazywalruss was there and as usual outfished by one of his sons.

After the tide turned we trolled around for a while for nothing so moved down near Clara rocks for nil then to another couple of drop offs.

On the way ran into a strange looking bloke with long hair and white sunnies in a strange boat with a stranger outboard on the back called a force.

The last one we scored a visit from friendly water police and I also caught this toothy one.

Headed back towards the ramp and decided to give one more spot within sight of the ramp a go as I had got a few carfish there previously.

I persevered with liveys ( Still a fixation on a thready) and Ty put on a aussie banana prawn and immediate hook up.

Under sized but a real fish.

He rebaited and on again.

This was good enough for me so I changed over to prawns.

At last a legal one.

Knocked off around 4pm with around 10 undersized squire and t2 legalies..

It didnt like me trying to insert the vidio I am now trying to download it into photobucket but has been going 30 minutes so far its 51mb will try and load it tomorrow. now loaded

Yeah i would have entered the competition if i could fish more than 1 day. Only was able to make it on Saturday.

Friday stuck at work, and today, taking wife for some retail therapy for her bday.... but rather be fishing :whistle:

Always nice to fish with Ray. Hope everyone has a great day, and looking forward to seeing the results.
