This is a modified weber style barby. I mate an extension tube to fit on top of the barby to allow me to smoke, hams and chooks and lots of fish. Please note the gas burner and gas bottle does not come with it but is available for an extra $10 the bottle is empty and has another year in test. Top of smoke box. THe sheet of ally is used when smoking fish to stop the juices dropping down on top of sawdust container and gas ring. When smoking hams and chooks I had an old round barby plate that I used to cover with fat absorber to catch the fat drippings. If anyone wants it I will provide free lessons and hints.
