Sorry this post is from a few weeks back, just thought i would upload a few trip reports i have put together for interests sake. I'll chuck a few more up in the interstate section for anyone that may be interested

Well got to go for my first ever Bass session the other day. was a lot of fun, using three kg gear is not something i am used to. Had a ball landed 27 Bass and the other boys landed a few as well. the also got a stoinker of a yellow belly which was pretty cool to see. the lake is the main water source for the Hervey Bay area and there are boat restrictions in place. we used the electric most of the day and caught all of the fish on lures either casting or trolling. the biggest two fish were 45 and 43cm, great fun, looking forward to experiencing it again some time soon. there were heaps of double hook ups at one point, was heaps of fun. Would be keen to hit Lenthalls again actually but probably would not head all that way for bass with other dams locally. Would love another chance at lenthalls barra though.

thanks for the report, ive been wondering how lenthalls has fishing since the floods, especailly since my oldies have moved to the area.

The barra fired up real good just over a month ago and plenty were caught including several larger models around the meter mark.

I havnt heard of any though for about the last 3 weeks.
