Have lures that run at diferent depth colour means nothing its size and more importantly what depth they are feeding at during that time of day. Bream will move up and down in the water column as the tide changes and the day moves along so you need to find where they are. Don't throw out into the middle but along the rock walls etc as bream stay close to structure and your lure will be in the strike zone longer
