MY STOMACH!!

Again many thanks to Madmullet aka Kurt for the sensational lamb I procured from himself and his farm contacts.

No recipe but slow cooked some fore 1/4'ery chops with some Ras-el-Hanout (spice blend) fresh lemons, fennel and of course my beloved rice....

This beast is everything lamb should be. Many thanks again mate and i'll post the end results as they come to fruition. cheers Sweresy
