Gday everyone.

Over the 11-12 i am finally going to head to straddy to check out my folks pad over there.

Plans while i am there:

* A spot of beach fishing around dune rocks for some mixed bag action.

* Flinders beach gutters chasing some flatties.

* Dunwich Ferry terminal after some trevs (based on Troy and Timbo's report).

And i think thats all an over nighter will allow for.

Hey Angus

It is a mixed bag there,don't discount main beach gutters close to the headlands and the headlands them selves, it's a minefield of action at the right times I have just started to discover how good it is. I have spent arvo's fighting what I think are sharks and only landing one 5'shovel nose and am told that good jew have been cault of the headlands.

I have cought spotty mackerel there my self, along with many bream and Trevally not to mention tailer and big dart I l love the place and when the wind goes onshore defenetly go to dunwich for golden travelly and even kingies, so i'm told I love the place

there was a bloke on nuggets show thismorning saying that the bream were so thick you could walk across them at the barge landing ramp on straddy
