The missus and I went down to the local creek after dropping the daughter off at school to flick a few lures around as we normally do. arrived at around 9:20 as the norm and stayed untill about 11. Normally we catch a couple but today ( thinking because of the upcoming rain ) we caught 8 and dropped 3.. was a great session for the time we where there and gave my new 2500 CI4 a nice breakin :woohoo: anyway stoked with this morning sorry no pictures but phone was left in the car and we release all fish. Lures used where Blue and clear spinners and a cordell Big-0 in green and orange.

Nice work mate! I have a 2500 ci4 stradic that I've been using for ages, it's been my go to reel when chasing wild bass. I've tried all up the Albert river and a few other places, still never caught any bass or anything else for that matter, you're doing the reel a lot more justice than me!

Thanks Stinky very happy with the reel so far, keep chasing the bass mate you'll get onto em. Sometimes it's tough sometimes it's good. I've not tried the albert yet so can't lend any advice around there sorry man. Just keep tryin!! Tightlines man
