took my son and dad out for a fish,good run across the bay and the bar behaved itself one again...had our snapp bag by 9.30 but had a few keepers swimming in the livie tank which we upgraded to bigger models...left them biting at 10.30ish and headed for home...final tally was 12 snapps 1 perlie and a banito. biggest snapp 79cm

.pulled my pots for 20 keeper sandies on the way home...

nice haul there Ros. I took my tank out. It can be real handy when you are in the nursery.

mate its not a nursery this time of year where we fish,we got there a tad early and the smaller ones where feeding better than the bigger models well beatin them to the baits.the livie tank deffinatly works well in these times..

shano its safely guarded,soon as I see the boats moving up towards me from the southern ground u normally fish I move to another mark away from it a little bit I know I will still get fish on my other marks just not as quick.lol

Now i know area. Matter of time i crack it. Just gotta do bit of sounding around.

Im over fishing the southeren part lol. Too many boats. Going to start venturing more north now. Theres heaps of ground. Just gota find out them they fish well.

its all good shano,hint it further north than i was fishin when u turned up,small rock bout 7mtr ledge bait from bottom to around 30mtrs.u drooling now...every1 what i take on my boat drools as soon as they see it come up on the sounder.lol
