jacobs well in a yak??

I know Username_taken yaks on the broadwater and does alrite but i dont no about jacobs well, You would have to go around all the islands and Sandbanks and it would be a longer trip then usual.

yeah well i have a hobie kayak so distance pedalling is not that much of an issue, i have been told about a channel arker or something oppostie fishermas island boat ramp, please correct me if im worng.

I have yak fished there a few times last year on my friends 2 seater hobie.

We caught some good whiting and average bream and flathead. The current can be a bit of a bitch but you should be ok on the hobbie. If you go about a km towards the pin there is a nice sand bank that is exposed on low tide. It is marked by a beacon. We have always done well on the inside of that.

I yak'd the pimpama river a while back... was fairly easy to get around, current wasn't too bad. Got a bream and a PB flattie there.

i got an hobie outback and want to try there as well . i'll go with ya . two of us might be safer .
