Not a bad day yesterday. Been a couple of weeks since i have been able to do a midweek trip due to the wind etc.

Instead of doing pots We went straight to the float where where we boated over 20 bass and 3 yellas in the first hour and Owena commenced his attack on the prized tandan king hat.

 

 

The bite slowed down so off to the dropoff near the old far marker where it was a bit slow ,

Rick did manage a stupid tagged bass that had been caught and released twice previously.

 

 

We then went and explored the recently opened new area and quickly found a school of bass in 20 feet of water and ended .up with 70 odd bass before knocking off just after10am to go and do our pots. Final tally for owen to cap off the tandan king cap was 5 tandans to zero

Awesome mid week adventure mate. Nice that they are back at the floats. The tackle stores are much happier now that you will be going through some more rigs
