I went out with the wife for a few hours today in the new punt. 

We got 28 all up including two 1.5lb ones that are unusual for our area.

How big do they get ?

They are the two biggest I've seen there, they don't get very big in our lake due to massive numbers of small fish.

Kept em all, it's preferred that you don't let them go as they are a pest. 

My wife and her friends eats them any size, they butterfly them, brine them dry them in the sun and then fry them up. 

They eat them bones and all.

That’s right I forgot they were introduced. Do they stipulate that they must not be returned like carp and tilapia up here?
