Hi all,

Just a quick note to introduce myself...

I have a 19Ft half cabin which spends most of it's time down around the broad water... Do a bit of fishing around the Jumpinpin area mostly..

I am on the committee at MBTBC and administer and run the MBTBC members forum.

I also own a PWC which I use for cruising trips with friends - again on the broadwater... we do u to 200K's in a day... usually stop off for lunch somewhere and then go for a ride again back to the ramp....

Well... I have caught nice jew on the kalinger banks just in front of the enterance to never never creek just near Swan Bay

A winter or early spring special ?

Have you been fishing the area long ? If so, do you think the flathead numbers and quality have improved greatly since the max limit was introduced for duskys ?

I have caught nice Jew there in Winter....

I haven't noticed flathead numbers increase - but I have always done reasonably well with flathead around the pin area too...

that's my best guess, but i'm sure there are a few more creative ideas out there!

As you see we are not all serious all the time (like ellicat!), always room for a bit of fun too;)
