anyone chasing a small tinny up caboolture way?

Went down to the O'leary Ave boat ramp (Burpengary creek) on Sunday to do some work on the boat, saw a bloke had a tinnie leaning up against the front fence in O'leary Ave, with $280 on it.

Looked a bit rough, and sides dont look real high, but cheap enough.
