queensland Barra Park pre fish!

Hey anglers and danglers!

thinking of going to barra park next week as i cant make the comp. thinking either thurs or sat or sunday any one interested in coming. would make a good prefish for those goin in the comp using lures to see what works and what doesnt.

I would if it was on the weekend, i need the practice as i only got 1 barra out of there on lures today, plenty on the pellets tho

Tom, just use bright color lures. G-vibes work gr8 there and slow retrive around 5-10cm off the bottom is a must to ensure 20+ fish in a few hrs.

Clayton: There is also the Barra Trip to the same park on the 2nd of march if your keen. A good cahnce to meet some BFo crew as well.

will be using lures all day. first will be trying the strike king lures i have from the AFO store, will be taking plenty of pics if i get some on them

yeah i'll be putting a line out for jacks in the mixed species pond

last time we were there there were a few landed from near the old ski jump

saw others with 2 or 3 lines in the water

dont think it realy maters
