Just saw an ad saying there's going to be some GT popping on creek to coast in a second. Might be worth watching......

More fun going up the creeks there chasing Big Barra,Jacks,Threadies & 3kg mud crabs.:woohoo:

We had to go in on the slack tide or a run in , Tide runs through Island Head at aprox 8 knts, our boat done 7knts tops.

It is great fishing but when the army is up there playing war games, It's all closed off.

Yea pleanty, Thats what we used for crab pot baits,

Your wright about the noise jeff, would sit on the reef, outside the exclusion zone, and watch the Yankie Choppers of the ships Fire missiles onto Townsend Island at night. Great fireworks display . :woohoo:
