Does this count?

I am a newby HB user - started fishing with them at Easter. Specifically, my goal was to catch a Bream but would be happy to fool any stupid fish that fell for my inexperienced technique for my first fish.

Anyway, I went out to Colleges Crossing Friday with my new SX40s - and after 2-3 hours I finally got a decent hit and landed my first fish - a 25cm catty with a solid hookup - both trebles mouth and lip. Whoo Hoooo.

Inspired, I kept at it and landed my first Bream....but is was not quite what I expected and hence my question....Does this count.... [img size=500]http://www.australianfishing.com.au/media/kunena/attachments/legacy/images/First_Bream_AFO.jpg

If you are having trouble convincing yourself, it can easily be imagined that the other trebles were in it's mouth and dropped off during the fight:cheer: Either way, I count it;)

it never ceases to amaze me how these little fish expect to eat something that will not fit in its mouth.

I reckon they try and clip the tail off to disable them so they can come back and chew on them later. Look how many bream get taken on the rear treble.
