queensland Quick fish with the new Rod

Well I picked up my new rod that Lee made for me (DSR820 loomis 4-8lb with a matagai split grip ) thursday nite,,,Thanks Lee, top job!! So friday, work was called off early so i could brake her in on a fish or 2.. I headed down to a spot on glassie creek and started to throw Sp's and HB's aground.. First fish to the new rod was a 42 ish flatie, not long after came a bream then another smaller flatie.. then 2 more bream fell to the new rod

All in all a good quick fish!!

the SX40 looks like a baby bream, lol. perfect color match.

well done that rod's defi an eye catcher and fish catcher as well.

most happy to see that the handle of the reel's on the right side. lol

nice work mate, i just got a new rod yesterday for my birthday, Daiwa TD advantage 701mfs. not using it till next weekend at hinze so some birthday mojo is still on it to get me a fish lol.
