Went down the goldy this morning plan was to get the popper out didnt get all that much i got a 60cm queenie a new pb taken on a gobo popper and i tailor going 49cm on the mat also took the gobo and got a few bream on vx not that many fish but still fun way to spend the morning [img size=500]http://www.australianfishing.com.au/media/kunena/attachments/legacy/images/gueenies_001_AFO.jpg

yeah i used to have success on queenies, with a fairly slow retrieve.

like bloop it once pause, bloop twice pause, bloop pause. etc etc.

what i found was queenies prefer a jerkier retrieve whereas trevs prefer one the is constantly moving with lots of bloops.

hell yeah - they're all over the broadwater - north end of wavebreak is a world of good for them and even kings - back in the day we'de catch baby queenfish up the canal system as far as bond university in the ol cast net
