Cork grips had to be reamed to fit

A hint dont follow their guide spacings had it all bound to find the line touching due to wrong size and amount of guides :angry:

So after a set of Fugi's were put on and placed it

Nice mate. Lee or Tom would be able to comment better but

As you found guide spacings are a general thing. The idea is to tape up your guide placements and/or bind it and then test to ensure guide placement is ok before epoxying it. Each blank and their action is different, as a result the exact placement of guides will differ in order to provide a smooth curve for the line to follow

Normally I set it all up myself but I was curious to see how it shaped up as a kit with the given components and don't recomend them at all

buy all your parts to suit as you see fit;)

buying blanks sight unseen from the US makes it a tricky business especially as there is such a limited amount of blanks in Oz so you can visualise what you need (sizes etc)

just on another note BCF sell a clear rod finish " Classic Rod coat" It's absolute crap ($20 2 part resin) stay clear of it
