brissy mouth last night

went out just after lunch after fixing the lights on my boat,got to my spot tossed out a pilly and with in 2 mins i was on.....damn cattie..after that i got a soul fish and 2 tailor a heap of small and just under squire..2 nice cod around the 40 mark and 5 hub caps and 4 eels and about another hundred catties..was a lot of fun but the catties get boring and gives ya the craps after catching them non stop for 2 hours.went home about 9ish but the damn batterys were flat,damn it damn it damn it..had to get a tow from the water police...lesson learnt check batteries before every trip!

sounds like u had some fun uglyfish catties do get boring but they put up a decent fight for their size bad luck about the squire that always seems to be my problem as well good news about the cod tho

What are hubcaps and shovelies:blush: , are they slang for rays? Sounds like you had a great sesh. Was it all on pilchards, and when you say pilchards, is it big 'uns on ganged hooks, or those little white pilchards on a single?
