we have a lost a great aussie icon in cricket today and top aussie all round. its a sad day for cricket and im glad i got to watch his last test. A great fisho and good spokesman for marine safety.

the opportunity for a "Haydos & Simmo Fish Show" on commercial TV would be gold, sponsors would be onto it, like a fat kid on a smartie. even people who don't fish know Haydos & Simmo fish....

we will still see heaps of him ,,hopefully not sinking on a bar lol at least he puts safety first now and is able to spread the safety message and just how easy things can go wrong, sims was with him the day he went down so we nearly lost 2 great cricketers to a boating accident!!!

Haydos is a gr8 sportsman who will be sorely missed and hopefully his work in the community will continue...i hope a network picks him up and gives him a fishing and cooking show in the future
