Virginia’s BCF – Boating, Camping, Fishing store is putting the finishing touches on preparations for an exclusive Club BCF Members Night being held Wednesday 20 May.

Starting at 6.00pm, local Club BCF members are set for an exciting night filled with bargains, a BBQ, barra and boats as well as presentations from fishing gurus Scott Hillier and Gavin Dunne. BCF Virginia Store Manager Shayne Pendlebury said Hillier, host of Channel Seven’s Creek to Coast, will offer attendees tips on off-shore fishing, while angling expert Dunne will provide members with the tricks of the trade for lure usage.

“It should be a great night, Scott and Gavin are two great fishing experts as well as fantastic entertainers,†Shayne said.

“I’m really excited about our BCF Club Night, it’s an opportunity for the local BCF Club members to learn something about fishing in and around the Brisbane and Moreton Bay reaches, and swap stories or have a brag if they want to!†Shayne said he was expecting a full capacity crowd, and that Club BCF Members Night isn’t designed just for fishermen.

“Last year we had at least two hundred people turn out for our first Club Night and the feedback from members was that we continue to hold such entertaining and informative events,†Shayne said.

“Even if you’re not into fishing, BCF’s camping and boating sections will be boasting some excellent deals on the night.

“There are two major prizes up for grabs on the night, including a Minn Kota Electric Motor and a Humminbird Sounder.

“All members will receive a gift on the night, as well as a chance to win other great giveaways,†he said.

Club BCF members will be offered exclusive hot specials for one night only, with extended opening hours till 9.00pm offering plenty of time to grab a bargain. Club BCF members will be sent an online invitation prior to the event and can RSVP via return email.
