Kev knows it was a lucky catch, he is not worried about his spot being fished out, it was a combination of the right things, right cast right lure bite time and some luck thrown in.

However I have never seen a report of a fish of this quality with a blacked out picture, From anyone.

If you can show evidence of big brisbane river barra caught by anyone please do so, I know troy a well known member from the past has been presumed to of caught several big ones but they could of been from a dam.

sorry ... i meant to have written "previously a picture of a fish of that calibre is usually edited" ...

and chances are you haven't seen a report with fish of this calibre with blacked out pictures because they have either been removed by mods, or completely deleted due to the downward spiral the reports went down... but as Ellicat said... thank god those days are behind us
