queensland Maroon surface bassin 22/11/09

Hit the dam up this am with stu after some bass on surface and did we get it we got at least 20 bass on a range of surface lures from frogs to poppers and walk the dog style once the sun come up surface shutdown we fished the edge of weed for a while to score a few more nice bass ended up with easy over 30 fish (lost count)was a great day out

i was heading to somerset for my dirty thirty b.day this weekend,

but now im starting to think about heading there instead since its only 40min away!

what was the traffic on the dam like? and were there many campers there?

rumrunner Im not sure were you can camp there never done it myself i think you can some were the dam usally gets a fair few skiers on the weekend but its still not to bad sommerset is worse anyway
