had a look at a sticker my mate had yesterday when we were out fishing . it showed all the legal fish sizes for queensland and was from the courier mail dated 2009. everthing seemed on par except it said there was no size limit on trevally, is this right and if so why is that and how long has this been the case?? i always thought they were sposed to be in the high thirties, and wouldnt wanna keep anything under that size anyway

As for Trevally there is no size limit why, Unsure. But Bag limit of 20 of all combined Trevally species. Since no size I think it comes to the person fishing, For me unless a decent size Id put it back in for another day. Now its just trying to get a keeper. :laugh:
