Pumpkinseed

Where I come from soft plastics aren't used quite as much as here. Although the large ones and squidgies are often trolled for impoundement and fresh water river barra. I haven't had much experience or luck using them myself, but i still won't doubt or badmouth there potential, as I know how much they are relied on here. The reason for this post is because i sell fishing gear for a living. I get fed alot of useful and even more useless information. I just thought that you would be interested to know what type of soft plastic is working magic right now. Coming from many RELIABLE sources including a fellow workmate (fisho freak), it is the 'Pumpkinseed'. I'm pretty sure it's a Berkley Gulp. Give it a go guys. Let me know what you think. I've heard of some monster bream and flattys going nuts over them when nothing else is working.

i caught my first bass on a 3 inch pumpkin seed shaky shad gulp and that was all i caught on that packet it lasted a good period of time and i used it at many places but i might be giving them a miss

Pumpkin seed was the first berkley gulp colour I used. Works great, has got me est cod and flatties! Too bad about the smell!lol, but i guess thats why they work huh?

I've never caught anything on em. They stink, they are expensive, they dry out. I dont use em any more.

I love plastics, just not gulps!

The Gulps I have left are hard lumps in the bottom of the tackle bag!

i really think they dont smell that bad but they are hell expensive might have to wait for a sale then maybe give them another go
