queensland jacobs well shoals

Could anyone tell me whether u can go up onto the flats near the marina just up from the jacobs well jetty at low tide? We tried last week and the sounder came up with 20cm of water.

On a good low tide the bank is out of the water all the way to the little island.

So it is probably best to fish their at high tide then. Also do u know how 2 navigate the shoal further up a bit?
