queensland 11/06/11 morning fish...

hey guys...

its been more than a month since ive gone out for a fish...

finally the itch was unbearable and i went for a quick fish in the morning along the river...

the fish were very shy today... had alot of head swipes and misses totalling nearly 10...

still we managed to land 3 fish all up...

i landed a jew and a 60cm threadie...

kiara_polteregist followed suit and landed another threadie at 60cm...

i only bothered taking a photo with the jew as it was my virgin jew... :woohoo:

Lure: Megabass

on a separate note... it was UBER cold...

60cm for threadies is too small for my liking (esp on a 20lb rod )...

was hitting them in the 80-100cm range last winter...

still waiting for the big ones to rear their heads :woohoo: !
