Here I am sitting at home, reading how everyone is going fishing, looking after daughter, feeling sorry for myself. Even went and cleaned and greased the rollers on the boat, (full of Lenthalls mud).

Then I get an email from Danny. He was out Snapper fishing and put some video on U tube for me to watch. Only 20 or snodgers, made me feel real good. Then I noticed at the bottom of the email ,a pic of his \"bycatch\" whilst fishing for snapper! This is it below - the mongrel!

that brightened my day, i've got a stuffed clutch and can't get it in to be fixed till next week, trapped at home:S

hey jeff

the golden went 102cm so i would say that it would weight around the 15 kg mark

i think that the mark is from sporning

also the water disturbance in the vid is from bait fish

:woohoo: i got one that size once fishing the yabby bank beside the little rock bar on the north end of jeffreys beach on woody, took nearly an hour to get back out of the current and release on 4kg line. i love them, one of my favourite fish
