Recommendatioon for boat licence course

Hi,

Finally bought a house which means the tinny dream is closer than ever to reality, I need to do the marine licence course and will putting the Mrs through it too, does any body have any recommendation for where to do the course or are they all pretty much the same?

Based in Bracken Ridge on the north side but don't mind travelling.

Any help or pointers will be appreciated.

Archie runs courses at Scarborough and boasts that everyone passes. I did mine 5 years ago and didn't have any complaints.

edit - looks like he only runs them at Colmeslie now?

Did mine with Sea & Safety with Lloyd Jones at Scarborough and it was a pleasant day. Would recommend.

They are all pretty much as good as each other, there not really designed for you to fail.

With that said, I did mine at the spinnaker sound marina. Was a good experience.
