Except for a couple of words at the start this is probably what Angus wrote in his very first post when he started AFO.

Never a truer word said mate.I hav checked out other sites and they seem to be "look wat I caught" sites so Bravo to u Paul, and all others that like to help others futher thier fishing spots and skills.To the others on this site that dont like sharing maybe other sites are more your preference,sorry for any offence but Im sure if theres any it will be edited

Which is accessible to all people to join, does not require approval from an admin person and is just another way of sharing fishing info and promoting AFO as a fishing community.

I can understand a facebook page for you and your mates.. but if you know other people who want to share and learn why not just point them here.. anyway..
