still a nice big muddy .

but my experience is big crabs sometimes don't have much meat ,where a smaller 1 is jam packed with meat.

prob the biggest i have got about 25'cm range,that sucker on the carton would have to be about 40 cm hey.

cans are about 13 cm

so the pic of the 1 beside then cans be about 30 cm hey.

i grab muddy's but am careful .they can hurt u .

like the good old sandy no hurt.

u just got to move them about so u can grab them on the bum right and all good .but easier said than don sometimes.

i went crabbin with some mates they some type of black fella ,they are mad walk about in gum boots .getting the muddy's step on them with the gum boot pick them up and drop them in a hessian bag .trick to it they reckon keep the hessian bag dry.

it was a experience glad i was in my 20's .wouldn't do it now ,bugger that.

my grandpa used to stick his hand down holes in the mud and grab em out! fark that

i usually give em some thing to hold on to like a thong ( like ones on ya feet)

This is my biggest muddy , I nabbed it at Boyne river, Gladstone, it whent a fly sh!t under 24cm.
