Finally broke my drought.

Launched at 6.15 and had a fish to the side of the boat by 6.30 but it tossed the hooks when I tried to net it.

Trolled the area adjacent to the ramp bay till 8 without another hit so i went and checked the pots.

Redclaw getting smaller and havent seen any in berry yet. They should be starting to breed up soon.Spent a bit of time prospecting looking for new areas and then trolled back towards the ramp where I got first fish.

Ended up with 5 bass between 33 and 36 cm aprox. Only measured the one I kept for the table.

Lures used were

spro old glory.

purple ridgeback

berkley flicker shad whitish colour

and old faithfull napjaru in NPD purple. ( Grey ghost) which caught all the fish.

All fish caught between 11 and 1.

Glad to be back amongst them.
