Coral Sea fishing to be banned

Latest edition , Jan 2010 , of Marine Business heads an article "Fishos lose first CORAL SEA battle ".The Senate has allowed the proclamation of the Coral Sea Conservation Zone to stand. The Minister for the Enviroment , Peter Garrett , has unilaterally declared almost one million square kilometres of ocean as a conservation zone .The Government and the Greens joined forces to gag any debate on the subject .
