queensland Snapper over the last couple of months

Been getting a few snapper lately off Mooloolaba all fish have come from 80-130m of water and most fish on 2oz or 4oz TT jigheads on a 10/O and either a 8" Zman StreakZ XL in glow or bubblegum. Yeah that was filmed on a gopro camera and the gear is a 30-50lb Gary Howard GFX rod with a 4500 catalina and 50lb braid.

The blade only has one hook on it for less tangles and its not really needed for kingies and also does less damage to the fish. Yeah if you wind the snapper up slowly from 130m I think they would release fine. But once we reach our limit of snapper or dont want any more we just target kingies and AJs.

Mostly getting hit on the drop by the snaps? I'm getting a few slow winding up off the bottom at the moment.
