Before you buy tackle

Before buying tackle (especially on-line) I like to check the price with another store.

I've found this place is a good starting point

That store is more like a normal tackle shop with its prices.

Go onto Motackle.com.au

I just checked one item which is the Ecogear SX40 and that shop was $17.95 and Motackle is $16.50

Also Postage for rods from that place is $30 where as Motackle is only $15.

Thanks Cowfish. They're in WA and I just use them to check prices, so it doesn't matter much to me. Mainly use it for reels and other things of $ quantity. Not that interested in spending precious time to only save a few cents. (Quick Reply - so no faces to aid the tone, so don't take it the wrong way)

I usually use Motackle to check prices as well, but if you are going to buy stuff, Motackle looks alot better. my brother saved $50 on a Shimano Torium

:ohmy: Funny enough, A work colleague told me about Mo's tackle just yesterday. Suppose to be alrite on their prices.

They have awesome prices, but you have to buy a few items to receive the savings. Postage on normal fishing tackle orders is $10. But you do get to choose what colours you want rather than just what is in stock at other stores.
