Yeah same problem here, the cure is to use either Opera Mobile or Ics Browser + which are both in the market for free and set your user agent string to desktop mode and all should be good again. There's no way around it using the stock browser.

Awesome thanks Mark got it back to normal using Opera. Annoying as I prefer the stock browser over the others, ah well can't have it all I suppose

Try Ics Browser + it looks and works the same as the stock one just has the option to change the user agent thats all.

I don't know about Apple, Shane, but in Android there is a setting to accept or not accept a sites mobile app type thingy

The new desktop version on mobile devices is not user friendly and a pain to navigate through the site

I changed to the ICS+ browser that Mark suggested and it is working as normal again

Admin- the screenshots I posted up top are what it looks like with the standard browser on desktop mode, there is alot missing that is on the normal desktop version.

Brian, iPads are great kids toys and when the boy is asleep, I browse AFO and cyber-bully people on Facebook with it. Maybe when an upgrade is done, run it as a dummy to work out the bugs before I have to try and do stuff that is too techy for my skills. I am good at hitting things, not so good at fixing them

So what you are saying is the "look at me, I have an iPhone" tossers (read Ted and Ryan) are discriminated against and disadvantaged. Thats fair enough, they deserve it. Me, I am on the trusty PC now that you lot have upgraded the bugs in the forum

There is a desktop version of the site and also a mobile version.

If you do not want to use the mobile version of the site, you can select to show the Desktop Version and it will show you the desktop version of the site.

If you want to do this, click "Menu" then "Switch to Desktop Version"

Iphone and ipad users are stuck with what they've got, ics browser is an alternative to stock on android same as you can put different browsers on a pc.

To make it permanent in ICS try this

Type ABOUT:DEBUG in the address bar

It looks like nothing happens but it should give you extended menu under settings.

Go to Settings -> Debug -> UAString

Select Desktop.
