Be a good backup motor, how hard is it to get props for electrics?

I think I paid around $50 each for a couple of kipawas from america a few years ago. I was very tempted but have to watch the budget.

What brand Electric motors do u use Ray, I have one of the Sportfisher 54lb like Andrews but am thinking of getting a back up (don't want to get caught up near the water tower on Hinze chasing toga a long paddle back to ramp) even thinking a smaller thrust size maybe a 40lb

I run a 46lb motorguide on the stern and a 56lb minnkota bowmount on the front. I also have a 65 lb minnkota but dont use it anymore as it is 24 volt. Will put it back on when we get back in NPD again as I have to race Dinodadog and Ian down to the snag.
