Rapala Lures

Trying to decide what lures to buy and am thinking of either Rapala Glass Shad Rap, Shad Rap or the Shad X-Rap's

Do all these lures have rattles? I know that the Glass Shap Rap does, but was wondering about the normal Shad Rap and X-Rap.

Can vouch for the X-rap in glass ghost color. Yes it rattles, looks fantastic and i know the mackerel love it

im not completely sure but i know the x-rap does, remember when i was working at bcf a guy came in and bought a few, says he cant beat them for trolling over shallow reefs

They will be used for Cod and Mangrove Jacks and I guess big Flathead.

The Glass Shap works in Borumba Dam on Barra - just make sure you use more then 20lb leader around the snags.:blush:

Shad Rap and X-Rap do not have any rattles at all.

Dont recommend the Shad Rap for SW use. It's made of balsa wood, scratches and gets bite marks too easily, and i've had the tail section totally torn off a few times by rampaging fish.
