Do people still buy fishing books?

With all these fishing websites around, then do people still buy fishing books? I just have an idea for one.

I buy Fishing Wild for the amazing photography. Queensland Fishing Monthly gets put in my letter box every month but that's a freebie.

I buy old ones from markets and 2nd hand book shops occasionally, the old ones are actually about fishing, not selling fishing gear.

The Scream Of The Reel by Jack Pollard....,.., was my bible when I was a kid and I must have read it cover to cover 5 times easy.

Great book and even though it was written 50 years ago its worth reading. In fact there's probably some old school techniques in there that I've forgotten about......, might see if I've still got it.

I buy the 2 fishing mags and every now and again I pick up a useful hint, so I figure $10 a month is not that bad. I must admit I do get a bit annoyed by the lack of substance and the page after page of adds.
