Having fun taking advantage of the bass in our area out at NPD while it lasts and we know all good things come to an end sometime. Yellas are still hanging around also, managed my first bass on the troll down the dam on a brolga or golden child as its called. Then between shrimp and ice jigs managed 103 bass,4 yellas, 2 tandans and a turtle.

The dam has been hard to work out since the floods. In previous years the bass would have slowed down. This time of year I would have moved on to Hinze and Baroon Pocket but with fuel costs being what they are Baroon Pocket is off the agenda these days.

But as Dino says enjoy it while you can.

I just hope that it stays until at least Saturday! I don't want to miss out on the fun especially seeing as I couldn't go out last weekend! Great fish as always Dino!
