As you can imagine the serenity of float tubing last Sunday was ruined by a guy and his model speedboats going at warp speed. He also has a retrieval boat with a petrol engine. I got jack of the noise after a while and said I'd rung the ranger. Didn't faze him at all.

My question is:

1. is he legal.

and 2. Why is it when I google "seqwater ranger" I get absolutely nothing

Answer is yes he is legal according to Seq water, I rang to forward some questions a couple of weeks ago. They said he had a permit, I said a permit wont do to much when that thing hits a kayak and takes off someones head. I also asked about elecy motors on kayaks and the person I spoke to didnt know if they were allowed or not she had to go and ask and the answer was no, but there is no mention of that anywhere in their writings, closest to it is paddle craft only.

War cry they are using to most questions is we told everyone they would have to coexist.

Unlike the kayaks, my tube isn't the speediest of craft to get away form the noise.
