Aggressive climbing perch may make it to mainland Australia, researchers fear.

An aggressive foreign fish that can move across dry land and choke birds and other fish is threatening to make its way onto Australian soil from Papua New Guinea.

Bummer.......I was hoping some peacock bass were in plague proportions somewhere near by.....

These perch sound crazy, won't be safe to go near the water soon for fear of being chocked by the savage climbing PNG perch....
