Hey guys, decided to to take my good camera out on the boat over the weekend and im a glad i did as we caught a few nice fish. All bass caught on lures were in the backs of bays or heavily timbered edges, we used a mixture of lures including, megabass islide, jackall tn60, imakatsu alive chatter, shrimp plastics, ice jigs and blades. The better fish were caught in heavy timber and i lost 2 to being bricked using 16 pound leader (ive tied on 20 pound for this weekend, see if that helps!) Anyway heres a few photos. hope you enjoy! Hinze is such a magic spot to spend an afternoon or morning.

The orchids are pretty tough surviving in open sunlight after growing in shaded rainforest. I was tempted to grab some cymbids when the dam was right up.

Yes i was tempted myself but they were way out of reach, that one had easily 20 flower spikes on it. They seem a bit more tolerant of sun compared to the birdsnests.
